Self-Service Software Updates
- ALL USERS must EXIT/QUIT from Synergy Accounting System COMPLETELY.
- If you have KAPERSKY Anti Virus, Make sure to pause the protection first.
- Open the ¡°Synergy Service Agent¡± (Located at your desktop).
- Click [Stop] button. This will stop all selected services.
- If you are not able to stop the service, you need to close it, Right-Click on the shortcut , choose ¡°Run As Administrator¡±
- Click on [Software Update] tab/page.
- Click on [Check for updates] button.
- Select the version to download, and click [Download Updates] Files are extracted automatically. (You don¡¯t need to click [Extract Files])
- Select the Company/Database to update.
- Click [Update Database]button.
- If you need to Update another Company/Database, you need to CLOSE the Service Agent, and Re-launch it, and repeat Steps 8-9.
- After finished updated all Database , Go to [Windows Services] tab/page, Click [Start] to start the services.

Below is a GRID, as you see the data in grid below is not sorted.
STEPS TO SORT GRID
- Click on any column headers you want to sort.
- You will notice a small arrow icon appears to the right side of the column.
STEPS TO REMOVE SORTING
- Press and hold down CTRL key on the keyboard (Do not release the key).
